Project management

The Dobrudja+ Association is also a “project of projects” (“system of systems”), an “association” in terms of systems theory and systems analysis (project management).

The main projects of “Dobrudja+” include the following.

Dobrudja+ International Initiatives and Research Projects

The Dobrudja+ initiative supports interdisciplinary research and innovation projects addressing environmental, technological and security challenges in the Black Sea and European regions.

The projects aim to connect researchers, universities, civil society organisations and international partners in order to develop practical solutions for sustainable development and regional cooperation.

Flagship Projects

Key areas include:

  • environmental monitoring of the Black Sea
  • maritime economy and logistics
  • regional security and cooperation
  • sustainable coastal development

This platform promotes knowledge exchange and joint research initiatives.

Blue Economy Innovation Lab

The Blue Economy Innovation Lab focuses on innovative solutions for sustainable use of marine resources.

Research directions include:

  • maritime transport systems
  • coastal tourism and sustainable development

The project contributes to strengthening the Blue Economy ecosystem in the Black Sea region.

Environmental Monitoring and Climate

Effective environmental monitoring is a key tool in the fight against climate change and environmental risks.
Modern climate strategies are based on accurate data, analytics and international cooperation.
Environmental observation systems help predict natural threats and minimize their impact.
Climate policies promote sustainable development and the protection of natural resources.
Innovative solutions in the field of climate monitoring open up new opportunities for governments and businesses.

The goal of the Dobrudja+ association is to help transform the Ukraine-Moldova-Romania-Bulgaria region and adjacent territories from a potential hub of geopolitical contradictions into a field of prosperity within the existing state borders in the Euro-Atlantic community.

Russia must return the territories occupied by Ukraine after 2013, return the Ukrainians captured and return the children taken from Ukraine, otherwise, as a result of a military geopolitical catastrophe in the near future of the 21st century, Ukraine and the Russian Federation will cease to exist, with the lion’s share of Ukraine in the European Union, and the lion’s share of the Russian Federation in the PRC.
